Message: This is a cute little market. I visited early March and there wasn't much but fireworks, lots of jelly/jam/preserves, fruit ciders and similar items. I was a bit disappointed due to the limited merchandise, but given the season, I can understand why. I picked up some elderberry jelly, peach bread, blueberry bread, fruit cake, peach cider and peanut brittle. I took a jar of the elderberry jelly and the bread to work for my team. The peach bread was very blend, lack of peach flavor - could be because the peaches were not ripped when it was used in the baking. it needed some jelly to sweeten it. My PM liked the little fruit cake, and said that it tasted better than many he had tried. The blueberry bread was excellent. It is much sweeter than the peach bread and I can taste the blueberries because there were so many in the bread. The peach cider I sampled at the store, and it was very light and refreshing, not super sweet like most of the fruit cider. I got the peanut brittle as gifts, and didn't try it. I wished I picked up the Elderberry Juice. It was $20 16oz and $30 32 oz. I heard it has lots of health benefits. If I every drive by this place, I'll be sure to get some and bring a cooler to keep it cold since it is refrigerated. The older lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find the items I was looking for, and was very informative. I bet it is more fun shopping here when the fruits are in season, and more items are stocked. I will definitely come by again if I am driving through.
