Message: Ran in to grab some things for my mom. You definitely pay for convenience because their prices are outrageous compared to other grocery stores. When I went to check out the chip on my mom’s debit card wouldn’t work. The cashier was quite rude about the issue & called a manager up. The manager wasn’t any nicer & told me that if the chip wouldn’t work then there wasn’t anymore they could do. Their machines don’t allow you the option to swipe your card or for the cashier to manually enter your number. So, needless to say I wasted 30+ minutes in the store just to walk out empty handed.

Message: I shopped at iga last week. It's still a good place to go. The employees are friendly and helpful to everyone. I haven't been to Gilbert iga in over a year because I moved to Lexington.. But it was to go back to do a little bit of shopping. And the prices are good too.
