Message: This is much smaller than Whole Foods, and has less of a corporate/ commercial grocery store feel, but they pack a lot in this store and are usually very well stocked. I don't think I've ever come here and not found what I was looking for, which I can not say for any of the other health food stores in the Columbia metropolitan area. They still have the feel of the kind of store that might be able to get something if they don't have it, unlike most stores these days that will tell you they "get whatever the distributor sends them. ". The store management is helpful, knowledgeable, and hands-on. They will come and help you if they see you looking like you can't find something. Don't hesitate to ask them if you have a question.. They've got just the right amount of parking. The only thing I don't like is the traffic I have to deal with getting there and back due to the location. Otherwise, I'd go more often.. The prices, like all health/ specialty stores, are higher than the average grocery store.. If you don't see what you want in the bakery area, ask. Sometimes they have good stuff that hasn't been put out yet.

Message: These folks are generally very helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high on some items, and other items reasonable. Good place for getting those specialty health food items, and herbs. If they don't carry something or are out they will do there best to get it in as quick as possible. Shop there frequently. Sales prices are real good. Nice size bulk items aisle.
