Message: So I just moved to Sumter about 5 months ago and I've been trying to find a good local chinese food restaurant. I thought I had visited all the restaurants Sumter had to offer, until a friend of mine had told me about Rice'n Wings. I was a little skeptical when I visited the place because of it's appearance however, the food was amazing. I had tried a basket of wings & fries and their General Tso's chicken & rice and both meals came with large portions. The wings were spectacular and the fries were very good, I will admit that I have had better General Tso's chicken but nevertheless, it was still good and the rice was also just as good. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you're in the mood for some good quality chinese food.

Message: The first time I had take-out here, the food was good @ Jan 2012. The next time I went for a take-out order, I saw cockroaches on the tables as I waited for my food Feb2012. I did not eat it, nor will/have I ever been back.
